High DPI displays; Splitter distances are now preserved to cater for screens using High DIP

The splitters used on various forms, e.g., to allow the distance between a grid and a preview pane to be changed, are now saved in a DPI independent way. This means that if you use finPOWER Connect on, say, a laptop with a High DPI display and then use the same user account on a desktop PC with a non-High DPI display, the splitter distances should remain intact.
