Accounts form; Refinance action; now shows a customised version of the Account Close wizard

When clicking the Refinance action from the Accounts form, a customised version of the Account Close wizard is shown with labels etc updated to indicate that this is a Refinance and with the Close Method dropdown box removed.

You can still refinance an Account from the normal Account Close wizard.
