User Preferences; option added to allow a warning to be displayed when closing finPOWER Connect if forms are open

A new option has been added to the User Preferences form, User Interface page to 'Warn on closing finPOWER Connect'.

This will prompt the user when they attempt to close finPOWER Connect and one or more forms are open.

This warning will not be given when closing vie the File menu, Exit option.
