Documents; HTML type documents are now supported

A new Document File Type of HTML has been added.

Documents of this type must use a script to generate the HTML.

This type of document has been added primarily for external applications, e.g., Web applications to use.

When publishing HTML type Documents, the Script can opt to store the HTML directly in the Log (as opposed to a file that the log then links to). Logs containing Document HTML will be displayed on the Files page of the relevant for (Accounts, Clients, Task Manager). A button on the Audit page of the associated Log forms also allows you to view the HTML stored with the Log.
