Documents; Default Publish status added to allow a default of "Open" or "To Send"

A new flag is available on the Options page of the Documents form. This allows the default Publish Status of Document Logs to be defined.

Previously the Publish Status for new Document Logs was set to 'To Send'. This can now be defined on the Document, e.g., if you had a repossession authority document, you might want the Publish Status to default to 'Open' rather than 'To Send' so that the document can be reviewed before it is sent.

The Default Publish Status is used in the following places:
Create Document wizard (from the Send Document action on the Account and Client forms). The 'To Send' date will default to blank rather than the current date if the Document's Default Publish Status is set to 'Open'.

Workflow Actions wizard (from many of the buttons on the Task Manager form when a Workflow is selected). When creating a Document, the Default Publish Status is respected.

When an Email or SMS log is generated for an Email or SMS type document, the Default Publish Status is respected.

From the AccountFunctions.LogAddDocument, ClientFunctions.LogAddDocument and UserFunctions.LogAddDocument business layer methods, the Default Publish Status is respected.
