Documents; Documents can now contain Script code

Previously, a Document could be linked to a "Document Events" type Script from the Options page on the Documents form. This allowed functionality such as setting the defaults for parameters.

This functionality has now been removed and "Document Events" type Scripts no longer exist. Instead, the Document page allows you to specify a Script Language and Timeout and a new "Script Code" page has been added. This is in line with Decision Cards and Workflow Definitions where, instead of linking to a Script, the record contains its own Script details.

When clicking the button below the Constants grid to add Constants, the user will now be prompted to add them from the Script or the VBA template for Word or Excel documents.
