Accounts; Reset to Quote should remove the Day of Month from Interest and Payment cycles, if possible

When an Account is reset to a Quote it should remove the Day of Month from Interest and Payment cycles if possible.

For example, Payments are made monthly and the Account is opened on the 12th day of the month. When the Account is Opened the Payment cycle is updated from "Monthly" to "M12", ie payment monthly on day 12. But, if the Account was reset to a Quote the Payment cycle should be reset to "Monthly".
