Elements; Credit/ Rebate Element was restricted to Journals only. Can now be either a Journal or the same element type as the element itself

The Credit/ Rebate Element defined on an Element was restricted to Journals or blank (in which case it credited the Element itself).

This has been relaxed so that it can also be any Element of the same type as itself.
