Element Rebates, new rebate method of "Contractual Interest" added
A new Element Rebate Method of "Contractual Interest" has been added.
This may be used in combination with with the "Precomputed Contractual Interest" being charged upfront, so that Interest not yet earned can be rebated back to the Account.
