Account Type; a new option "Update Interest Cycle from Payment Cycle?" has been added

A new option "Update Interest Cycle from Payment Cycle?" has been added to Account Types. This setting is found on the "Interest" page.

When checked, the behaviour of the New Account wizard and Account Quotation forms change. When the Payment cycle is changed the Interest cycle is automatically updated to the same frequency.

Note, this behaviour still occurs even if the Account Type "Allow entry of Interest Cycle?" is unchecked.
