Reports, Account Reports; Parameters printing full list Account Statuses and Account Classes

Reports that allow Account filtering by Account Status or Account Classes may not be printing the correct Parameters used to create the report.

1. Filtering by Account Status.
The Account Trend report allows filtering by Account Status. This report is not for quote accounts so Quote is not in the list of available statuses to select. If the other 3 Account Statuses are checked then the report is filtered correctly but the parameters printed at the bottom of the report were incorrect.
They were printing as:
Statuses: Quote,Open,Closed (Pending), Closed

1.1 If all available statuses listed are selected then nothing should be printed in the Parameters section


2. Filtering by Account Class.
The Account Cash Flow report allows filtering by Account Class. If only Account Class 'Loan' is checked then the report is filtered correctly but the parameters printed at the bottom of the report were incorrect.
They were printing as:
Account Classes: Current, Loan, Deposit, Suspence.

2.1 If all available Account Classes listed are selected then nothing should be printed in the Parameters section
2.2 If there is only one available Account Class for the report (ie Loan) then there should not be a checkbox appearing on the Account Filters page (if there is only one availabe Account Class then no filtering is required)
