Security Statements; cannot delete a Security Statement with Accounts

You could not delete a Security Statement with Accounts. Attempting to informed the user that there were linked Accounts but you could not save a Security Statement if you had removed all Accounts and there are no linked Clients.

Now, you can delete a Security Statement without having to delete all linked Accounts and add a linked Client first.
