Promises; Transaction Reference and Notes updated

When an Account Transaction for a Payment Promise Due is created the following logic is applied with regards the Reference and Notes:

1. If the overriding payment Notes are not defined they are set to "Promise $x", where $x is the Promise amount.

2. The Reference is always set to "Payment (Promise".
