Reports, Account Ledger; Should list all Accounts that have a balance or have transactions

Reports, Transaction Reports, Account Ledger.

1. If MTD is selected, only Accounts that have transactions within the month were listed.
All Accounts that have a brought forward balance <> 0 or have transactions within the month (and satisfy any other filters) should be listed in the report.

2. For Accounts that have Transactions printed, the Balance Bought Forward was displaying the Balance as it was after the first Transaction printed instead of the Balance before the Transaction.

3. A Total row has been added for the Balance columns.
