New Account and Account Quotation wizard; Automatic calculation option

1. User Preferences, Account.General tab
A new setting has been added to User Preferences 'Automatically recalculate Account figures'. The default value is 'False'.
This will be used to decide whether to automatically recalculate the Financial details instead of the User clicking the Calculate button.

2. This setting will be used in the following forms:
New Account wizard
Account Quotation wizard

If this setting is 'True' then it will be used on the above forms to automatically recalculate the financial information when the fields on the Financial page are updated (with the exception of Transactions opening and ongoing and Overriding Payments ).
