Account Refinance behaviour changed

The behaviour has changed when an Account is Refinanced.

A new Element type of 'Refinance' has been added. An Element of this type must be set up since this will be used to identify the Refinanced balance. The New Company Wizard has been updated to add an Element of this type but any existing databases will need to be manually updated.

On the Account Types form, Accounting page, a new entry of 'Close Refinance To' has been added. This is mandatory and you will need to set the Element to an Element of type 'Refinance'.

Account Type Transactions can now have a Frequency of 'Refinance'. When an Account is first created, any Transactions with a Frequency of 'Refinance' will be ignored. Likewise, when an Account is Refinanced, any Transactions with a Frequency of 'Opening' will be ignored but those with a Frequency of 'Refinance' will be added. A button to duplicate a Transaction has been added below the Transactions grid.

When an Account is Refinanced, a special Standard Transaction will be added (always the first Standard Transaction) which will be the amount Refinanced. This will be assigned the Element defined by the Account Type's 'Close Refinance To' Element and cannot be modified.

The Account Close wizard (used to Refinance an Account) now hides the 'Pending' checkbox and date on the first page if Refinance (or any other close methods that do not support it) is selected. The Finish button caption will also change to 'Refinance' after the first page if 'Refinanced' is selected.
