Account form, Transactions page; Summary html no longer repeats Source

The Account form, Transactions page, summary html no longer repeats the Source.

Normally the "Source" row will show the Source and then, if applicable, the Schedule type in brackets. However, there are some circumstances where the Source and Schedule type are the same, eg "Opening (Opening)".
