Close Account wizard; may fail with an unhandled exception "Attempted to divide by zero." error

The Close Account wizard may fail with the following error after selecting an Account to close:

An unhandled exception has occurred. Attempted to divide by zero.

This error occurs when there is an Element being rebated using the Rule of 78 method and the Account's Term is less than one month.
