Credit Enquiry, Results page; changed order of buttons below grid

In the Credit Enquiry form, Results page the order of buttons below the grid has been updated.

The "Response HTML" button has been renamed "HTML Summary" and is now displayed before the "Request XML" and "Response XML" buttons.
