Credit Enquiry Add-On; Client Log, Credit Enquiry page, View Request XML; When Emailing the Request XML the XML tags were missing from the body of the Email

When emailing the Request XML from a Credit Enquiry, the XML tags were missing from the body of the email.


The form used to display the Credit Enquiry Request Xml and gives the 'Email' option, is also used in the following places:

1. Account Log form, Audit page, Account Button (displays extended data for a published document)

2. Bank Lodgement wizard, Lodgements page, drill down on a Transaction

3. Security Statements, PPSR Transactions page, drill down on a Transaction, Request and Response buttons.
