Account Transactions; Reversing a Transaction may fail

Reversing an Account Transactions may fail. Two scenarios are noted below.

1. Reversing a Payment entered via Transaction Entry fails with a "Failed to load Bank Transaction. Record not found. error.

2. Reversing a non-Payment Bank Transaction (eg Withdrawal) fails when clicking "Finish". Note, only Payment Bank Transactions can be reversed.
