Reports, Account Details Report; Printing Account Insurance details on report when the Account Type 'Include Account level Insurance Details" is unchecked

If the Account Type setting 'Include Account level Insurance Details" is unchecked then no Insurance details are displayed on the Account form and no Insurance details should be printed on the report.
