High DPI displays; icons and bitmaps are now cached in their native size/ resolution

Previously icons were cached in 96 dpi resolution at their native size. Every time they were drawn on a high DPI display the icon was rescaled.

Icons are now rescaled and converted to bitmaps before they are cached. This means when they are drawn no further processing has to be done.

This results in better performance and less memory use.
