High DPI display; Various forms have been updated to cater for screens using High DPI

Updates have been made to various forms to correct the following issues that appear when using High DPI screen mode:
1. Grids and Summary detail controls were not lining up correctly. The Grid width was wider than the summary width.
2. Vertical spacing between controls was incorrect (some controls had no space between them)
