Accounts form, Transactions page; drilldown to Transaction view form; can create shortcut to the Transaction View form but the shortcut doesn't open the form

Accounts form, Transactions page; drilldown to Transaction view form;
Dragging the form heading to the Task Pane created a short cut to this form, but when you clicked on the shortcut it couldn't open the Transaction View form.

This form cannot be opened from a shortcut so dragging the heading will no longer create a Shortcut to this form.
