Reports; Stock Level Report; Available Qty not displaying expected result.

When printing a Stock Level Report, without using a Location filter or Location grouping, the Available quantity will display an incorrect amount and may not match the total Available as displayed on the Item screen Location Tab. Without Location filter or Location grouping the report ignored the quantity on hand.
