Stocktake Commit; improvements made when loading a Stocktake ready to commit.

When loading a Stocktake ready to commit an enhancement has been made in that when the adjustment quantity = 0 and value on hand = 0 the value adjusted is now set to 0.

Previously this would always load extra details to check for the value adjusted. By virtue of the fact there is no value on hand and no adjusted quantity value adjusted can only be 0.
