HTML Widgets; Publish Documents; Deprecated code removed

As part of the Email functionality overhaul, some functions have been deprecated. The Publish Documents HTML Widget has been updated to replace the deprecated code with newer equivalents.

Additionally, finWebConfigRO has been updated with a new ReadOnly Property called EmailCostCentreOverrideResolved. This Property will return True only if all of the following conditions are met:

• EmailCostCentreOverride is true
• EmailCostCentreId is not empty
• EmailServiceId is not empty.

Likewise, some code was deprecated as part of the removal of the Document Manager License. Deprecated code related to this change has also been replaced with newer equivalents in the Publish Documents HTML Widget.
