Client Bank Account and Banking Details; ExternalId property length increased

The finClientBankAccount.ExternalId and finBankingDetails.ExternalId properties have been increased to 2,000 characters in the Business Layer. This property is used to store external id's including tokens from external banking services.

finBankingDetails has a new method ExternalId_MonoovaCard. This takes the value stored in the ExternalId and returns the individual details for the Monoova Card integration.
