Summary Page Standard Blocks Base; ExternalParty_AccountTypesAndPromotions; Account Type column now hyperlinks to open the Account Types form in finPOWER Connect Cloud

When running from finPOWER Connect Cloud, the Standard Block, ExternalParty_AccountTypesAndPromotions (shown when an External Party is selected from the External Parties form) now hyperlinks the Account Type column to open the Account Type.

This link is only shown when running from finPOWER Connect Cloud AND, the User has the Cloud.Form.AccountTypes permission.
