Summary Page 2; Update to use CSS variables (with fallbacks) instead of hard-coded HTML Red and Green colours

The following business layer classes have been updated to use CSS variables (used by the new finPOWER Connect Cloud styling) instead of hard-coded values of Red and Green:

• finHtmlSummaryPage2StringBuilder
• finSummaryPageStandardBlocksBase
• finHtmlSummaryPage2TemplateUtilities

Instead of a CSS style of "color:red" and "color:green", the following CSS variables are used instead:

• color: var(color-status-error-500, red)
• color: var(color-status-success-500, green)

This allows Summary Pages, when shown in finPOWER Connect Cloud, to utilise styled colours (those defined in Intersoft's stylesheets).
