Accounts; Account Suspense Wizard; Ticking "Create Log" option resulted in changes not being applied

Previously when running the Account Suspense Wizard, if the "Create Log" option was checked, then Account Suspense changes would not be applied and nothing would be changed on the Account.
This has been fixed and now the Suspensions will be updated as intended.

Note: This issue only affected the Desktop Form and not Scripting.
