Client; Combine Clients; Issue with Nominated Bank Account

When Combining Clients where the main Client has a Nominated Bank Account and the secondary Client does not have a Nominated Bank Account, the Combine Clients Form might fail.
This has been fixed and the Combine Clients Form now works as intended.
