Summary Page Standard Blocks; Account_TransactionAuditSummaryInterestInAdvance; Removed Debug.Assert(False)

The Summary Page Standard Block Account_TransactionAuditSummaryInterestInAdvance, which was added in Version 6.00.01 for the beta Interest in Advance module contained a Debug.Assert(False), which if the block was overridden into a Script would not compile.

This is because Debug is not available to the Scripting layer.

This has been removed, so any Account_TransactionAuditSummaryInterestInAdvance block overridden will no longer contain this reference, and therefore compile.
