HTML Widgets; Account Application Edit; Incorrectly shows External Id, even when User Preferences are configured not to
The Account Application Edit HTML Widget was incorrectly using the Account User Preference when deciding whether or not to display the External Id.
This has been updated to use the Account Application User Preference.
