PPSR B2G AU; Connection fails if proxy server is not correctly configured

The PPSR B2G AU service may fail to connect if the proxy server settings are not fully configured.

The following error message may be returned from finPOWER Connect "Failed to 'Ping' PPSR B2G. Failed to execute Security Register 'Ping' request. Failed to execute Australian PPSR B2G 'Ping' request (Discovery (Test)). Failed to initialise service binding. Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed."

The setting of the proxy server has now been updated to use a new property in the ISServicePPSRB2GAU business layer class named ProxyServerResolved.

If the proxy server name is not specified or the port number is not greater than 0, the proxy will be ignored.
