Auto-Backup; Unique Id is editable by non-Administrator Users but changes are not saved

When Auto-Backup is enabled under Global Settings, Developer, General, the Audit page of supported forms (e.g., Scripts), shows a "Unique Id" field.

This was incorrectly editable for non-Administrator Users, although the changes were not saved.
