HTML Widgets; Grids; Filter row not always showing the expected results for numerical record codes

When using a Grid's Filter row to filter records, e.g., in a Task Manager 2, Workflows folder, numeric record codes were not always returning the expected results. E.g., a Workflow Id of 10000344 would not be found, even if it appeared in the Workflow grid column.

NOTE: A row in the grid would previously have been matched but ONLY if it was the first grid column.
