HTML Widgets; Grouping List control; may corrupts list order when deleting and moving items on the right-hand list

The Grouping List control, used on Widgets such as the Task Manager 2 Folder Edit, Columns page (to select and order custom columns) could corrupt the right-hand list order when adding, deleting and moving items.
