HTML Widgets; Client Widgets; new "Nominated Bank Account" field added

A Nominated Bank Account field has been added to various Client HTML Widgets.

The field is available on the "Banking Details" page of the Client Edit HTML Widgets as a checkbox under the advanced section. If checked, the Banking Details entered will be used as the Nominated Bank Account.

The field has been added as a combo box to the "Tax & Banking" page of the Client Edit HTML Widget, which allows one of the Clients Bank Accounts to be selected.
