Client Bank Accounts; "Nominated Bank Account" Added

Nominated Bank Account has been added to the "Tax & Banking" page of the Client Form. This allows a Client Bank Account to be selected as a "main" Account.

The Client Details Report, Bank Accounts section has been updated with an additional Nominated (Nom.) column. A check mark will be shown next to the Client's Nominated Bank Account.

The Export Information now notes the Client Nominated Bank Account with a "Nominated=true" attribute on the Client Bank Account XML element. This means that the Nominated Bank Account will be retained when Importing a Client.

An extra field has been added to the Combine Clients form for the Nominated Bank Account.

Initially, this is not used in any processing within finPOWER Connect - though has been added with the Depositor Compensation Scheme (DCS) for New Zealand in mind. Specifically in the case a payout is required and dictates which Bank Account should be used to reimburse any investment.
