Open Database wizard; MS SQL Server and MS SQL Azure databases; New checkbox to "Show advanced connection options?"

As of version 6, the Open Database wizard added the following advanced connection options to the MS SQL Server and MS SQL Azure page:

• Encryption
• Enable Multi Subnet Failover?
• Application Intent is Read Only?

Since these new options are likely to only affect a minimal number of users, a new "Show advanced connection options?" checkbox has been added and these option are now hidden unless this is checked.
