HTML Widgets; Grids; Previewing of information such as Task Manager summaries now occurs immediately if User has clicked a grid row

In many grids with previews below, e.g., a Task Manager folder, when the User moved between rows, there was a 150ms delay before the summary was fetched (unless that row had previously been previewed, in which was the summary was shown instantly).

This was an optimisation to prevent a large number of requests when the User was moving between rows using the cursor keys.

This behaviour has been updated so, if the User clicks on a row (rather than using the keyboard to move between rows), the summary will be fetched immediately.

NOTE: The first time the summary is fetched, there will be a slight delay. This change removes the artificial 150ms delay.
