Electronic Signatures; DocuSign; Additional validation when Cancelling

There is now additional validation and a clearer message when attempting to Cancel a DocuSign document where there is no Cancel Reason Information List defined on the Global Settings, Electronic Signature, General page.

The new message is "The Cancel Reason Information List is not specified or is not Mandatory. This can be set on the Global Settings, Electronic Signature, General page, Cancel Reason."

NOTE. The information list must be set to be Mandatory for DocuSign.
