Task Manager 2; Workflows folder; Grid not showing "Recall" icon if Recall Date had passed, only if the Workflow was "Recall Immediate"

Workflows in the Task Manager 2, Folder folder grid were not showing a "Recall" icon unless they were set as "Recall Immediate". The icon should also have been displayed if their Recall Date had passed.
