Banking Interface; Monoova; PayTo Agreements and Payment Instructions not processed in Pending Service Request wizard

The Monoova PayTo Agreements and Payment Instructions are not being automatically processed in the Pending Service Request wizard. An error of "BankingInterface.Monoova is not supported" occurs.

NOTE, the requests can still be manually updated.
