HTML Widgets; Process Direct Debit Payments; Further alterations to support sortable grid columns

Alterations have been made to the Payments grid in the Process Direct Debit Payments HTML Widget to support KB #21535, released in 4.01.02. After the columns could be sorted, the action buttons below the grid didn't work as expected and meant that unexpected rows were selected.

This has been fixed, and now the buttons work as originally designed with the sortable columns.
