New Client Wizard; Web Access; Password validation will no longer fail if a Client Code has been specified

Previously if a Code was specified when creating a new Client, clicking "Next" on the "Web Access" page would cause the password validation to fail incorrectly, potentially with an inaccurate, and confusing, error message.

This has been fixed, and now the passwords will validate correctly.
