Application Shortcuts; HTML Widgets; Width and Height now work correctly

If you Shift + Left Click on a button that opens a HTML Widget, it will now position and size correctly.

Previously, the Widget that opened would have been positioned in the top left corner and would not have been the correct size.

When creating an Application Shortcut using the method finBL.CreateApplicationShortcutHtmlWidget the specified width and height will now correctly resize the window. Note: the width and height of the Application Shortcut will only be applied if the user has not opened the HTML Widget before or if they hold down the shift key prior to the form opening.
