Shutdown Warnings; "Show a warning if there are Entities with approaching or past End Dates?" option added to User Preferences

Users now have the option to be warned about any Entities which have Account Opening Date End Dates or Account Transaction End Dates approaching within the next 30 days, or have expired.

If configured, these messages will display when the User is logging off and the wording will differ slightly depending on if the User has the Admin.Entities Permission Key allowed or denied.
